Luxor Oasis Guest House is on Ramla Street in Gezirat Al Bairat, on the west bank, with the Colossi of Memnon 3.7 km away and the Valley of the Kings 6 km up the road, so the tombs can be done before the heat sets in. Luxor Museum is 1.8 km and Luxor Temple 2 km, both reached by ferry across the river. The train station is 2.6 km over the water and the airport 10 km, and the house runs a shuttle.

Six room types run from a 15 m2 single to a 36 m2 triple, and there is a three-bedroom house on the property that sleeps eight and is booked whole. Rooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom, and the WiFi is free and measured at 14 Mbps. Outside there is a pool open all year with towels laid on, a garden with a picnic area and a fireplace, a sun terrace and a barbecue. The kitchen is shared, there is a small shop on site and groceries can be delivered, and the desk arranges bicycles, horse riding, walking tours, fishing and a cooking class. Check-in runs from 14:00 to midnight and check-out from 08:00 to 11:30.
